Like the trailer of Fan, even Dhanak’s trailer stars off with two kids facing a wall pasted with Shah Rukh Khan posters. Dhanak is a story of two siblings, a girl and her younger brother who is blind. both are die-hard Shah Rukh Khan fans, and when they come across a poster of King Khan promoting eye-donation, the sister decides to take her younger brother to meet SRK and get his eyesight restored. Luckily for them, SRK is shooting somewhere around Rajasthan, and unfortunately, they don’t have the money, so they take the long journey on foot. In the interim, they meet a plethora of interesting characters, played by Suresh Menon, Rajiv Lakshman, Ninad Kamat etc. And who can forget that wonderful folksy rendition of Dumadum Mast Kalandar?
